Please join us for a somatic workshop to gather by the heart, and root into the body
You are invited into a gentle gathering to connect more deeply with your inner world and with the people beside you.

This is a space to slow down, to feel, to listen inward, and to be met in community. Through somatic exploration, reflection, creative writing, and shared witnessing, we will explore what it means to be human together.

Please come exactly as you are.

In a heart to heart, we will co-create a supportive, sacred container where you can arrive, root, and ground into the aliveness that is already within you.
