These in-person sessions offer a place to slow down, turn inward, and come into direct relationship with what is alive in your body, nervous system, and inner world in this moment. Rather than trying to fix, analyze, or push for change, we orient toward sensing, presence, and gentle unfolding.
These sessions are experiential and relational. We begin by meeting what is present: a feeling, a question, tension, fatigue, activation, grief, numbness, longing, or simply a sense that something inside is asking for attention.
From there, I may invite simple, body-based explorations such as:
• Tracking sensation and nervous system shifts
• Breath awareness and state-specific cues
• Gentle movement or posture expressions
• Orienting to the environment
• Voice, sound, or expression
• Imagery, symbolic, or mythical exploration
• Rest and integration
The pace is slow, collaborative, and guided by your capacity in the moment.
As awareness deepens, what has been held in the body tension, emotion, memory, energy, or incomplete responses may begin to move, soften, or reorganize. Many people experience a sense of release, clarity, grounding, or renewed aliveness.

• Releasing or softening patterns that no longer fit who you are becoming
• Feeling more present, grounded, and at home in your body
• Inviting in parts of you that long to be seen, heard, or witnessed
• Cultivating greater capacity for pleasure, vitality, and aliveness

• Learning to listen to and trust your body’s signals
• Expanding your nervous system’s capacity for connection, rest, and joy
• Aligning your life with your innermost needs and wholehearted intentions
Each session is uniquely co-created. Our time together is devoted to making space for the emergence of your inner wisdom, which means no two sessions are ever the same.
We begin by arriving and opening the container for our time together. This may include somatic settling, ritual, altar creation, movement, art, poetry, or whatever feels supportive in the moment.
From there, we move into conversation to understand what is present for you. As you share, I am also listening to the language of your body, breath, posture, movement, tone, and nervous system cues.
With gentle guidance, we then shift into more emergent, experiential exploration. This may include guided awareness, movement, creative expression, or simply staying with a sensation long enough for something new to unfold and be known.
This process can feel quiet and restorative, emotionally expressive, deeply grounding, nourishing, or at times activating and mobilizing. There is no “right” way to be. All of you is welcome here, and all of you is needed for this work.
We close with time for integration so you can leave feeling oriented and supported, carrying forward any insights or takeaways to deepen into what was unveiled or revealed.
Your body carries an immense capacity for healing and wisdom. Sometimes it simply needs the right conditions to be heard.

Fees: 60 minutes at $185, 90 minutes at $225
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are charged the full session fee.
